3. Collection and processing of personal data

When you visit our website, technical data is processed automatically, in particular:

  • IP address
  • date and time of access
  • pages accessed
  • browser type and version, operating system
  • referrer URL and host name

This data is technically necessary in order to provide the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process the data you send (e.g. name, e-mail address, message) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

5. Contact form

For the contact form on this website we use the Web3Forms service provided by Web3Forms LLP. Your entries (name, e-mail address, optionally organisation, message) are forwarded to our mailbox via the provider’s servers. Your IP address is also processed in the course of this, for abuse detection.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR as well as Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR for handling your enquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time; the lawfulness of processing already carried out is unaffected. Your details are stored only for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry. If you would rather not use the form, you can reach us directly by e-mail at any time.

6. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. Where technically necessary cookies are used, this is done on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Cookies that are not technically necessary are only set with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

7. Hosting

Our website is hosted with Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). In doing so, the provider processes technical access data for the purpose of secure and stable delivery. Where required, a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded.

8. Fonts

Typefaces are served from our own server. No connection to external font providers takes place.

9. Disclosure of data & storage period

Data is passed to third parties only where this is necessary in order to provide the website, where there is a legal obligation, or where you have consented. Data is not passed on for advertising purposes. We store data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations apply.

10. Your rights

Within the limits of the law you have the right to:

  • access, rectification and erasure
  • restriction of processing and objection
  • data portability
  • withdrawal of consent already given

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

11. Data security & changes

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if legal or technical circumstances change.
