We build our own applications for those - LICO for coordinating live productions, Schichtplan for shift and duty planning in hospitals. Both were created here, belong to us and are developed further by us.
You use the application instead of having one built: we set it up for your organisation and take on operation, updates and support - and keep developing it, including changes that come out of your everyday work.
It runs on German servers; on request in another EU data centre or in your own environment. Your data is yours and can be exported at any time.

Get going without setting up a project.
The application already exists - so this is not about development but about setting it up. A few weeks from the first enquiry to productive use is usually realistic.

First conversation
We show you the application using your own examples and work out together whether it fits how you work - or whether a custom solution is the better route.
Trial access
You get your own test environment with sample data and try out at your own pace how the application feels day to day. No obligation and no effort on your side.
Setup
We create your organisation: users, roles and permissions, master data and existing plans. Where it makes sense we import what you have rather than have it entered again.
Training and go-live
An introduction for your team, then the productive start. We stay close over the first few weeks until everything runs smoothly.

Pricing
You pay for the use, not for the development.
Usage price by arrangement
We carry the development cost - you pay to use the result. That is considerably cheaper than an application of your own and predictable across the year.
The price depends on the application, the size of your organisation and the number of users. Operation, hosting, updates, backups and support are part of it; billing is monthly or yearly.
The only one-off items are setup and training - plus larger adjustments, if you need any.
The first conversation, trial access and an initial estimate are always free.
Non-profit and social organisations
If your organisation works on a non-profit or social basis and has only limited funds, we will find a way together. Tell us openly what is realistic for you - we adapt scope, timeline and price to it. A worthwhile project should not fail over the budget.
Just raise it with us.
Operation and support
Running it is our job.
Because the application is ours, we also run it: servers, updates, security and further development sit with us. Your organisation works with it - we take care of everything else.
Included in the usage price
Operation and hosting
Server, database, domain and SSL on German servers at Hetzner - on request in another EU data centre or in your own environment.
Monitoring and availability
Automated monitoring of availability, errors and load. We usually notice a problem before it reaches you.
Updates and security
New versions, security updates and a response to newly disclosed vulnerabilities - applied by us, with no effort on your side.
Backups and recovery
Automated backups with a defined retention period and a recovery path that has actually been tested, not just written down.
Support for your team
One named contact for questions, incidents and bug reports. You write to us directly, with no detour through an anonymous ticket system.
Further development
Every organisation using one of our applications benefits from every improvement. Adjustments made specifically for you are agreed separately.
New features that benefit everyone using the application are covered by the usage price. Changes that only concern your organisation are costed separately - or we build them as a solution of your own with Codi Custom.
